What happens at a repossession court hearing?

What happens at a repossession court hearing?
The Judge will decide if an order for possession(to repossess) the property should be made. The decision will take into account the information you and your lender give.
The judge has authority to give you time to address the arrears on your mortgage or the entire mortgage debt.
If the judge gives you time to address the arrears, firstly start making extra payments to your mortgage lender. Then come speak to a Personal Insolvency Practitioner in R Hendy & Co. We can apply for a Protective Certificate for you and negotiate with your creditors on your behalf and try keep you in your family home and out of the repossession courts.
We have got clients out of the repossession courts, and we endeavour to do the same for you.
